Refund policy

Return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Device and accessories must be functional and not be damaged. To be defined as functional the device must pass the pre-delivery acceptance tests it was subject to prior to initial delivery. 

In addition to passing pre-delivery acceptance tests the device nor any of its accessories must not be cosmetically damaged. Cosmetic damaged is defined as any cracks, scratches, nicks, dings, etc. that are visible even if they do not alter the performance of the product.
